    Who Attends the Center?

  • Parents who want to understand more about mothering, fathering and their children's social, emotional and cognitive development

  • To understand more about how one's own experiences as a child influence the current parent-child relationship

  • To be with her child in an emotionally and intellectually enriched, supportive environment

  • To follow the development of her child from birth to three years of age with trained professionals

  • To enroll her child in a small, well equipped play group, conducted by child development professionals that provide individualized attention to each child

  • Fathers attend parent conferences scheduled throughout the year

  • Fathers are invited to join specific mothers' groups throughout the year

    Who leads the groups?

  • The director of the Center, Ilene Sackler Lefcourt leads all mothers discussion groups

  • Alyson McCormick, director of the play program and the developmental play staff, Kim Kleinman, Jessica Sarnicola and Pat Cremins lead the play groups
